2031.Darrin Andrew La Morte I am deeply opposed to the cruel & inhumane slaughtering and the killings of wild Monk Parakeets executed by The State Department of Agriculture, and United Illuminating of Bridgeport, Connecticut. STOP THE KILLING of these beautiful birds. I would like the exception Statue # 2692 which was added in 2003 to be taken out. The current law should re -written allowing these birds to live free from inhumane acts of violence. I would like to see the current law changed. Monk Parakeets should be entitled to have have their freedom, live free. I would ask that MONK PARAKEETS be declared scared by The Governor of Connecticut. I think a solution could be solved by merely making and having, United Illuminating, build these Monk Parakeets platforms which are built by adding another pole and making a platform higher up.
